Welcome to Mahogany Realty Group. By booking a consultation, strategy session, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Nature of Services
Mahogany Realty Group provides real estate brokerage, education, strategy sessions, and related services designed to support buyers, sellers, renters, and investors. While we offer professional advice and guidance, outcomes such as mortgage approval, financing, property acquisition, or investment returns cannot be guaranteed.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked through our Microsoft Bookings page or as otherwise directed.
- Clients must provide accurate information, including full name, email, and phone number.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions.
3. Fees and Payments
- Unless otherwise stated, strategy sessions are offered free of charge.
- If fees apply to specific sessions or services, these will be clearly communicated in advance.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
4. Client Responsibilities
- By booking with Mahogany Realty Group, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information.
- Participate in sessions in good faith.
- Understand that we do not provide legal, tax, or financial guarantees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mahogany Realty Group and its staff shall not be held responsible for decisions made based on information provided during sessions, consultations, or materials shared. All actions are taken at your own discretion and risk.
6. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal data (name, phone, email, etc.) will be collected for scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications. By booking, you consent to this use. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
